Physical AI in Action: Autonomous Robotic Arm with Synaptics Astra® SL2610
· 21 min read
This guide covers the end-to-end process of teaching a low-cost robot arm to do a pick-and-place task and then running a vision and motor control policy on a Synaptics Astra SL2610-Series development kit — no cloud, no GPU, and no host PC needed at inference time. This is a hands-on example of Physical AI: models that perceive and act in the real world, running entirely on-device.
